The API window still stop updating after 11 hours mining with FPGA/ASIC miner (after restarting the Mac).

So it disappeared only once you restarted and re-opened MacMiner? Thanks for the report! I've definitely fixed a bug that could have caused the window to stop updating for the next version to be released, sorry about the bug!
