NEVERMIND - had to do:
export GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
and
export GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS=1will let you know how well it performs!

Aparently there is now a better AMD miner called avermore..
I just ran this from the command line inside the folder: ./sgminer -k x16r -o stratum+tcp://rvn.suprnova.cc:6667 -u username-p x -I 19 --hamsi-short -w 256 --blake-compact --luffa-parallel

FYI Its much faster to mine x16r with cpu when you run an ubuntu Docker container with mac and then run this code https://github.com/tpruvot/cpuminer-multi

Yes this would be awesome. I tried adding the x16r algorithm from this in the sgminer-gm-macos but it was no bueno
