Thanks for testing. The first, amd error looks as though it's from an older version? The second, cpu error is my bad - I shouldn't have left the /bin/ directory in there as it messed up the openssl link. Please download and try these versions:
Please try the 2.4.3 download I've just made available which should work on 10.9 up
I've made 2.4.3 available now which has been compiled for 10.9 up, please let me know how it goes though (and whether you have openssl installed with homebrew) as I'm not sure what earliest system version I compiled the packaged openssl for!
A bunch of people seem to have been using it without issue. Not sure what the problem is you ran in to but you could try the newly released 2.4.3 version
This is problematic as it would have to be compiled for every new minor release of macOS as it requires linking to the CUDA driver.
Sorry about that, I'd initially labeled them as 2.3 when they were in fact 2.4.1 and inadvertently changed the link as well as the description to the amd download. That's fixed now!
I'll do the next version without libmicrohttpd and donat…
Technically the AMD one is an OpenCL miner and theoretically may work on nvidia and intel GPUs Not totally sure that's true of xmr-stak which is more intensive and seems to have more hardware requirements built in but it's true of miners based on…
The main reason nvidia is hard is because it uses CUDA and nvidia written drivers while AMD cards just use drivers bundled with macOS. The nvidia drivers change with every minor update of macOS. The current CUDA doesn't work with the current Xcod…
2.3 AMD is there now too, please let me know whether these binaries are working for you guys.
I'll be putting those online today here:

2.3 cpu only is there at time of writing, amd a…
Thanks for testing it, it's good to here the miner will actually work for Mac. Sorry about that missing dep jin, here's a new version (N.B. compiled for 10.12+):
in sgminer w/ X16R support?

This one has x16r.cl
No A/R/HW after a minute but I'm using a 7 year old laptop. Let me kno…
Ohh FFS the source code from the release is from a branch and not the master code from https://github.com/aceneun/sgminer-gm-x16r/
Let me try compiling the branch.…
I believe there's no x16r.cl file because x16r is a combination of 16 other algorithms

Whoops, I left an old curl in there from one of the other sgminer binary distributions. Please try

Try cmd-shift-F in finder to show recently created files.
When you cmd-F in the finder it should say 'This mac' near the top of the window and if that's selected it'll search everywhere
Ah, search your system for sgminer.conf and delete it
Some pools don't like that being set as a good pool adjusts the difficulty on its own
Might be that it doesn't work with intel hd graphics
Did you move the binary file out of the folder structure by any chance? The sgminer binary should be in the same folder as a file called jh.cl
Will do, I'll post here once I've made a binary available.
Okay here's the one I compiled, like I said though I haven't actually tested it.

Please let us kno…
It just needs this one change and it compiled fine:
in util.c
find
CLOCK_MONOTONIC
and change this first found line to
#if defined(CLOCK_MONOTONIC) &&…
Is the issue you guys are running in to getting the code compiled or that it doesn't work once compiled? I managed to compile the aceneun GitHub linked but I haven't tested it.
FYI that tpruvot cpuminer-multi is inside MacMiner at MacMine…
Thanks for trying. Unfortunately I've no idea what's going on there! I don't have that .pch file either but it's not looking for it on my machines.
That all looks normal. How long did you give it and what device are you mining with? If your device is too slow it might take a long time to get an accepted share.
Please try a version of MacMiner prior to 1.5.57 - the bfgminer is broken for old versions of macOS in newer versions
Damn, thanks for trying, I'll look at it again next time I'm updating the app
I believe it runs at about the same speed as xmr-stak and as I've compiled that I didn't bother compiling xmrig. I believe it works though.
