60 ghs bfl device, mac, litecoin & bitcoin help

I have setup both bitcoin and litecoin pools and wallets. Im using MacMiner (newest currently) and a 60 ghs BFL asic miner.

In macminer i saved both bitcoin and litecoin pools. is there a way to know which i am currently mining? and more importantly select which one i want to mine (im assuming that at various times its more profitable to mine one over the other)

also i just tried removing the info in the pool section for the btc and saving so only ltc would mine and i get this error:

look for the little cog button on the miner window and Choose which currency to mine - when you start mining a popup should tell you which pool you're connecting to - it's using BTC as that's the default

oh and if it's a BFL device it doesn't support litecoin mining
