MacMiner blocks restarts

There seems to have been a recent change where MacMiner can't quit if their are active miners. 

This means that scheduled restarts get blocked.

MacMiner should automatically stop running miners when you attempt to quit it. It should not pop up a modal dialog telling you to stop them manually.

Hmm, this appears to have been in place since at least back to .10. Not sure why this has only started becoming an issue recently.
