GPU Miner on new Mac Pro: just one GPU being used

Hi there, how do I enable both GPU's to mine on the new Mac Pro? Both GPU's are detected by GPU Miner (D700 OCL0 and D700 OCL1), but mining only happens on one of them. Also, it appears to happen on OCL1 which is the GPU attached to the display outputs, so UI is sluggish at higher intensities.

Can you post the output please? How does it look in API Output window too, and what speed are you getting? it should use all your GPUs - you could try adding 

-d 0,1

 to manual flags?

After looking at the API window, it appears to be using both GPU's, however at about half the rate I'd expect for intensity 18.
