I'm getting these all the time:

 [2014-02-09 12:21:46] Pool 0 communication failure, caching submissions

 [2014-02-09 12:21:46] json_rpc_call failed on submit_work, retrying

Am I doing something wrong?

It's a connection problem with your main pool, which are you using? Probably worth changing up.
