need help with antminers

I have 20 ant miner 1.6s  and a 49 port usb hub. Only 10 ant miner are working.

SEM; ICARUS USB TIMEOUT WAITING FOR (655556) '/tmp/cgminer-usb-253-16 is the massage i keep getting 

please give any suggestion on what i can do to make all 20 antminer work.

I also have a butterfly labs asicminer and wanted to no if i could run that and the antminer together some how?

You should be able to run them all together but there may be a limit to how many you can get on one USB hub - do you have more ports/hub to check out?

 i will get another hub and see. i have seen other people using the same 49 port hub and had 44 antminers running all together.

You can try adding each device individually where it says 'edit config file manually' in the miner settings panel as it's set up in the scan-serial bit of this:

I'm new to this but i went where you said go and i just need to no what to type in.
I'm in system info/usb. i see the port numbers just need to no how and what to type? i think this may help me get some sleep. thanks for all your feed back.

Did you get to edit config manually in MacMiner? You need to add a bit like this with the path to all your devices:

have you tried using bfgminer instead of cgminer? You need to install the drivers from here to do that:

Also, are you using the latest version of MacMiner? cgminer had late support and some problems with ant miners, so if you're not using bfgminer/FPGA/ASIC window, try the latest version of MacMiner which has an updated cgminer which may fix your problems.
