I'm getting
[2018-02-01 12:32:29] JSON-RPC non method decode failed: (null)
when trying to mine with my modest Nvidia 320m
It's working ok with my cpu but I can't get my graphic to work
What does this error means?

(I've set intensity to 1 but still not working)

This error doesn't matter to mining, it's just about the API for the miner. I think probably a 320m is not going to work for it, although you could try some version of ccminer.
