Can't find any working pools for MacMiner...
in Pools
I'm very new to BTC mining, in fact, MacMiner is the first I've installed but, the problem I keep facing is I can't find any working pools with MacMiner. I've tried Slushpool but it seems that the pool isn't connecting or showing up as a worker. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what... Like I said, I'm new to this so any help on getting started is appreciated.

It's hard to mine BTC with CPU/GPU these days due to the rise of ASICs, but apparently nicehash can provide low difficulty enough shares that it's possible on their pool. I prefer slush's pool if you have capable hardware but that's how it goes! You could alternatively try mining a different currency.
