MacMiner/CPUMiner on 10.9.2 (Mavericks)

I'm pretty new to this so please bare with me;

So far I've setup MacMiner and an account on Eclipse mining pool, the GPU Miner has been working great straight out of the box, but I want to give CPU mining a go.

When I load it up I get the thread binds, then this;

[2014-04-26 17:17:53] 16 miner threads started, using 'sha256d' algorithm.

[2014-04-26 17:17:53] Binding thread 15 to cpu 15

[2014-04-26 17:17:53] HTTP request failed: Empty reply from server

[2014-04-26 17:17:53] json_rpc_call failed, retry after 30 seconds

Could anyone help?

Looks as though it's a problem with the pool server with CPU miner, what is the pool set to (copy/paste)?

good point - the different backends sometimes have problems with the way a pool is entered though
