Working ASIC not seen ?

I would love some help if anyone has an idea as to why this is happening. I have a MacMini running OS X 10.6 Server, MacMiner and 2 x 333MH/s Block Eruptors. It all works great. When I remove the 2 x 333BEs and attach 1 x 1.6GH/s AntMinerU1, MacMiner can't see it. (I know it is working fine as I have it running on my MacBook Pro no problem (difference being the MBP is OS X 10.9.2). As far as I know, I have used the same UART driver on both machines. Any ideas ?

are you running in the ASIC window? It might be worth reinstalling the drivers:

Thanks for getting back to me as I am damn sure you are busy. I am indeed in the FPGA / ASIC window. FYI: I think I know what the problem is (or appears to be). The Mac Mini is the 2,1 (2007) and can only load the 32bit drivers (my MPB is newer and MacMiner is running the 64bit drivers and can see all of the USB devices. I am thinking that the newer 1.6GHs AntMiners require the 64 bit drivers and my old and very tired hardware can't handle them. Sound about right ?
