CPU not working??

This is all I am getting. Not showing a hash rate and just keeps repeating "Stratum detected new block"

ok…it kicked on but now the GPU is running at .01 Khs. is there any thing I can do to speed it up? I was not getting great performance from it any way but it was hashing around 6KHs before
