Issues with Detecting Rockminer R-Box

edited December 2014 in Support
Hello,

MacMiner is only capable of detecting one of two of my R-Boxs, even though my macbook is cable of detecting both with the ls -l /dev/cu.* command:

crw-rw-rw-  1 root  wheel   17,   1 Dec 18 17:50 /dev/cu.Bluetooth-Incoming-Port
crw-rw-rw-  1 root  wheel   17,   3 Dec 18 17:50 /dev/cu.Bluetooth-Modem
crw-rw-rw-  1 root  wheel   17,  75 Dec 18 20:30 /dev/cu.SLAB_USBtoUART
crw-rw-rw-  1 root  wheel   17,  73 Dec 18 20:30 /dev/cu.SLAB_USBtoUART36

I've tried swapping usb cables, ports, and power supplies with no luck.  The light on the mining R-Box repeatedly flashes in blue, where as the light on the non-mining R-Box stays lit blue.

Here's the mining log:
